'Despicable Me' movie review - by Inomkitha Thomas

Despicable Me starts with a villain named Gru. He freezes people to get to the front of the coffee shop line, and he pops children's balloons.

Two things are different about Gru:
1 - His lair is not located on the moon or the desert, but in his very own basement in his suburban house. 
2 - He doesn't dream of dominating the world but dominating the news ratings as Greatest Villain of All Time.

The voice actor behind Gru's voice is Steve Carrel. He gives him an accent that sound something between a Russian Mafioso and a crazed Nazi .His character's life gets difficult because his mother gets on his case. Gru's most used weapon is the Freeze Gun, but with the help of his genius professor Dr Nefario he can employ a Shrink Ray.
